"Work product doctrine": amazing what lawyers can get/have to protect themselves. Does the same apply, for example, to a journalist's work product...oh wait, of course not, Judith Miller's in jail. Lawyers put her there.

Don't weep too much for Judith Miller, the reporter whose false reportings and verbatim recitation of Bush Administration press releases on pre-invasion Iraq gave the NYT seal of approval to the Bush war.
