Local Blogosphere Suffers Conniptions

Fight! Fight!

First, we had Worldwide Pablo inveighing against "He Who Thinks He Owns the Blogosphere" in a post where WWP says he "received a message from The Oracle of the Blogosphere, intimating that the quality of a recent WWP posting just wasn't up to his snuff."

It's unclear to us whether or not that's a reference to this exchange, although the tone there, and its recentness, certainly seems to make it a candidate.

Then, a recent reader comment here directs us to the recently-launched blog of Jerk Bog who says he likes to "tell everyone how much it sucks to live in Portland, Oregon."

Just who is the target of that particular bit of snideness shouldn't be all that difficult to figure out for anyone who pays even a vague and passing attention to things.

We pass these things along in the event any of our readers don't intend, as we do, to be watching the All-Star Game today, and might possibly be in need of some sort of diversion.

    Nothing quite like a blogger blogging about a blogger with sly references to a blogger who criticizes said blogger on the quality of the blog.

    We probably don't blog enough or pay enough attention to self-referencing blogs to figure out which blogger the blogger is blogging about.
