Brandon Mayfield Returning To Federal Court
Anyone Know When?
Yesterday, an Oregonian article reported that Brandon Mayfield's Federal lawsuit begins this Friday.
"Ultimately," said the article, "what's at stake is whether the secrecy used by government agents in those investigations can be preserved even when they target a U.S. citizen who later is exonerated."
Here's our only question: Any of our readers happen to know just what time on Friday the case gets underway?
