New Local Blog Threatens To Out Portland Media
A 'Watching The Watchers' Sort Of Thing, We Suppose
In via email this morning came a tip to check out the newly-launched PDX Media Watch, which describes itself thusly: "A place to talk about Portland's media, with the hope that some managers will read it and understand how their product is perceived."
It author lays claim to having "lots of friends inside [all of] Portland's newsrooms and radio stations" and says they themselves work in one of them.
Their inaugural post was only just this morning a little before 10:00 AM, making it a little early to tell just where it's headed. So put this one in the "keep an eye on it" category. And, no, we have no knowledge of the author's identity, or for which local media outlet they work.
