Now that we've launched our first Communique spin-off, to discuss the eventual process of reviewing the City Charter, we're going to post regularly updates here about material there's been posted over there in the previous week.
It's our intention to post these updates every Sunday, presenting links to all the posts over on Portland Charter Review from the last seven days.
