Provider Outage Keeps 'Communique' Intermittently Offline

In an already less than stellar week, what we did not need was a more than twelve-hour outage brought to us by Speakeasy, complete with massive delays in posting any new status information to their automated telephone information system, so we couldn't even tell what the issue was, or how long it might take.

All told, they still have not provided any real indication as to what the problem is, when they've bothered to update the status at all. And we've been able to do essentially nothing in the way of any work which required this site to be online.

At any rate, the point is: We apologize for any inconvenience and/or frustration, although we do so with the caveat that in all likelihood, we were more pissed off than anyone else.

The other point is that the problem has still not been fully resolved as of this posting. So for all we know, Wednesday will offer further inaccessibility. That includes email, for whatever it's worth.
