Revised Burnside Bridgehead Schedule Announced

Doing The Redevelopment Reboot

You've been us detail the whys of the extended timeline for selecting a Burnside Bridgehead. Now see the whens themselves, and mark your calendars.

Businesses and property owners within one-half mile of the development site are supposed to be receiving postcards announcing this revised schedule, as should those who attended the public meetings held so far, or who submitted comments to the Portland Development Commission on the project, and who provided a contact address when they did so.

"We want to make sure the public stays involved in the decision making process," said Christine Egan, strategic partnership coordinator for PDC.

Meanwhile, we should know within the next couple of days just when we will be able to report on the revised proposals of the three contending developers.
