(Updated) The Return Of Comments

Sometimes I am a little slow on the uptake. I neglected to realize that when the time comes to export all of these entries here on the interim PORTLAND COMMUNIQUE site, any comments would be exported too, and so would indeed be importable into the normal setup once it's back online.
So, as of now, comments are back, and turned on for all previous entries.
