Restoration And Thanks
As you can see, PORTLAND COMMUNIQUE is back in its right and proper form. My thanks to PB for the interim web server and MPH for the interim mail server. Thanks as well to the readers who dropped a few donations my way during the struggling downtime.
As far as I can tell, everything that should be functioning here indeed is functioning.
