(Updated) Mayoral Field Grows By One More

Yet another candidate has joined the list of the officially-filed for next year's Mayoral race: One Orin Scott Lutz from SE Portland.
According to the candidate listing, Lutz filed today. No luck finding any information on Lutz via a Google search or two.
This brings the list of officially-filed candidates for Mayor to a total of twelve so far.

Update
I'm told by an alert reader that Lutz ran for the State Legislature in 2000 as a Republican. This reader goes on to say this: "It is nice to see that he realized the flaw in his email address. At the time he used slutz@hotmail.com, which is the only reason I remember him."
