OLCC Suffers An Oopsie On Underage Performers Rule

Well, this is probably not what the OLCC would have preferred:

A paperwork error has forced the Oregon Liquor Control Commission to reopen its process to formalize a rule banning underage musicians, comedians, strippers and other entertainers from performing in adults-only bars and taverns.
...
The ban, which affects several hundred underage entertainers in Oregon, is in effect as a temporary rule. The commission will accept public comments on the rule through Nov. 21.

According to the paper, the OLCC "could vote on adopting the rule at its December meeting." The composition of the commission has changed since the rule was originally put in place, with two members having departed. So while the rule is being challenged in court, the public has a new and apparently-unexpected opportunity to weigh in as well.

No indication from The Oregonian as to just what this "paperwork error" might possibly have been.
