Sten Gives Mad Props to Weblogs
Well, it seems that Jack Bogdanski has been conversing with Commissioner Erik Sten via email. Sten apparently found Jack's weblog via this page and struck up a bit of discussion on issues Jack's been raising.
What I wanted to point out was this bit at the very end of the referenced item:
Later on, he added: "I've just recently been tuned in to the blog universe, and I think it's a great way to get views out there."
One would imagine, perhaps, that this might make Sten a potential ally in any future issues revolving around local online independent media and access to City bureaus, officials, and events.
Now let's get Sten to start a weblog of his own.
