(Updated) Slight Hawash Clarification

Technically, I guess this isn't so much that he's been formally charged with these crimes, but that a complaint/affadavit was filed by law enforcement containing their allegations against Hawash, and the judge who heard this compaint issued an arrest warrant.

Tomorrow, in the place of Hawash's previously-scheduled detention hearing, Hawash will be arraigned in an open court hearing (at least it was reported in the media that it will be an open hearing). And according to KGW's newscast -- although I can't find this information on their website -- his case will appear before the grand jury this Friday, May 2.

At least, this is how I understand it at this point, after piecing together various media reports.

KPTV reports that the arraignment is set for 9:00 AM.
