Portland Webloggers on M20
I haven't done an intensive survey or anything, but here are some other Portland weblogs with posts about yesterday's protests: Blargblog, DB0 Bitbucket, Frytopia, Iron Monkey, Naked Knitting, Noah Brimhall's Weblog, The Oregon Blog, The Watch, and What Does Not Change.

I was sprayed with pepper spray at the Steel Bridge while covering the event for the Willamette Week. Link above has description/photo from when it happened.

Stevo,
So, let's get this straight. You got sprayed with pepper spray. And it hurt. It still stings a little.
Why did it take 363 words and 1,612 letters (1,973 incl. spaces)?
Hopefully you just snap pics for WW - but next time try to get the subject of the photo in focus.

Well, hmm, that was out of nowhere.

Just to add to your list...
I watched the KGW protest coverage and wrote about it here:

Mark,
Working on it, just a little tough to shoot sharp pics in crappy light with pepper spray in your eyes.
Your summary is apt, but myself, and (I assume) others like to read full accounts, not brief wrap-ups.
thanks for the word count,
Steve

Seems to me that the photo was accidental evidence of the canister - that the intention was for the general scene of the police, but was snapped as the canister entered the frame.
But then that's probably another 33 words that you didn't need to read.
