About 200 people rallied and marched through downtown, calling for an end to the war.

KGW:

A small crowd of anti-war protesters marched through downtown Portland on Tuesday morning, blocking some roads and the entrance to City Hall before rallying in Pioneer Courthouse Square.
Shortly after noon, a parade of protesters walked around the square and the old courthouse after the rally. Some ventured onto the MAX train tracks near Pioneer Place, where they blocked trains for about 15 minutes before police arrested them.
A group of protesters also tried to walk on the Morrison Bridge, but were turned back by police in riot gear. The confrontation shut down the bridge for a few minutes Tuesday afternoon.

Nothing from KPTV yet, but according to this thread on Portland Indymedia, one of their cameramen has footage of an incident on Taylor which may or may not have involved excessive force. If the description is true (one never knows for certain with Indymedia posts on such incidents until later), hopefully the cameraman caught the relevant parts, and hopefully they will indeed be airing the story on this evening's newscast.
