'Trib' Profiles Student Activsts
Today's Portland Tribune also has a profile on local student activists:
They're passionate, they're networked, and they can stay up all night if necessary.
A new generation of activists has emerged in Portland's public schools. Roused by the threat of an even shorter school year than has already been proposed and cuts to sports and other programs, they are making rallies and walkouts their proving ground.
