Poll on Measure 28 a Dead Heat

At the risk of angering the copyright gods, the following is the complete text of this article from KATU:

Just when people might think that Oregon voters are predictable they do something unpredictable.
A couple of months ago, Measure 28 wasn't even taken seriously but it is now.
"It is unprecedented in this state for us to have seen a tax measure be 25 points behind 2 1/2 months before the election and now with a week to go to before the election have a fighting chance of passing," said Tim Hibbitts.
Hibbitts new survey shows Measure 28 is in a dead heat.
48-percent support it, 48-percent are opposed and 4-percent are undecided.

For those who are hoping that this measure will pass, go ahead and click through to the KATU page. After all this time with the measure failing in opinion polls, it's worth actually seeing their little graphic.

There are further details on this poll and one other here -- the other being by The Register-Guard which shows "46 percent of registered voters supporting the three-year tax increase and 35 percent opposed."
