Send Out the Scouting Party

Someone please tell me whatever happened to ScoutRadio, which "broadcast a continuous selection of indie rock, pop, and other music by artists from Portland, Oregon." Neither their main nor backup streams appear to be functioning, and their news page hasn't been updated since October 2000.

And whatever the answer is, please tell me they will be back.

    My name is David, and I used to actively run ScoutRadio.com. The reason the site has has been dormant is that I have been living and working in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and the demands of my job and distance from Portland have kept me from maintaining the site, regrettably. I have just recently thought about getting back to it, which is how I found your page. So, it might return soon, albeit under a slightly different format, or I might try to recruit some help (and score some newer local music) on my next trip to Portland.
